Platform Fees
We believe in radical transparency about where your money goes.
How fees work
Every donation through Gifts That Give incurs two fees:
- Platform fee (5%): Covers our servers, engineering, customer support and the cost of running this platform.
- Payment processing fee (2%): Charged by Razorpay for processing the transaction securely.
Both fees are applied on top of your intended donation amount so that the full donation amount always reaches the charity.
Fee breakdown formula
Total = Donation × 1.05 × 1.02
Platform fee = Donation × 0.05
Payment fee = (Donation + Platform fee) × 0.02
