Acceptance of Terms

By using giftsthatgive.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Use of the Platform

Gifts That Give is a charitable gifting platform. You may use it to donate to partner charities, create donation registries, and send gift cards. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable (see Refund Policy). By donating, you authorise Gifts That Give to process payment via Razorpay and direct the specified amount to your chosen charity.

Registries

Registry links are your responsibility. You must not use registries for fraudulent purposes. Gifts That Give reserves the right to remove any registry that violates these terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose. You may not impersonate any charity or organisation.

Limitation of Liability

Gifts That Give is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of your most recent transaction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
