Cancellation Policy

Donations

Completed donations cannot be cancelled as funds are immediately directed to the charity.

Gift Card Delivery

If you scheduled a gift card for future delivery, you may cancel the scheduled send by contacting admin@giftsthatgive.in before the scheduled date. Once delivered, the gift card cannot be cancelled.

Registries

You can close your registry at any time from your dashboard. Closing a registry will remove the public link but will not affect existing donations.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing admin@giftsthatgive.in. Transaction records will be retained as required by law but your personal data will be anonymised.
